Shipping Information
How Horizon shipment registration and tracking works.
Bring your shipment to Horizon
Customers do not create shipments online. A Horizon staff member registers the shipment after the cargo is presented to the company.
What is recorded?
Sender and receiver details, cargo information, origin and destination addresses, shipping method, estimated delivery and tracking information.
Your tracking number
After registration, the shipment receives a unique number such as HTL-2026-000125. Keep it safe and use it on the tracking page.
